Shipping policy

Swasti offers FREE SHIPPING across India.

We ship products using reliable courier partners such as Blue Dart and Delhivery, and all shipments are fully insured.

Orders are dispatched within 48 working hours of confirmation.
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5-6 working days.
There is no dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Orders placed during weekends are processed on Monday.
Our courier partners will attempt delivery three times.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our courier will confirm your availability before delivery. If unavailable, redelivery can be arranged easily, or the parcel can be picked up from the courier’s local office.

Shipping charges for international orders are based on the destination, number of items, and total package weight & dimensions.
We use DHL Express for international deliveries, which typically take 7-8 working days.
After receiving your order, we will send you a commercial invoice that includes the shipping cost.
Order processing will begin after the payment is received.
VAT, customs taxes, and import duties are not included and are the customer’s responsibility.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a shipment confirmation email.
This email will contain your tracking number and the courier company’s website link.
Tracking numbers may take up to 24 business hours to activate on the courier’s website.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.
If a courier service is not available in your area, we will contact you to arrange delivery to an alternative, serviceable location.
If the recipient is unavailable, the courier company determines the next steps. Swasti Clothing will not be held responsible in such cases.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or recipient unavailability at the time of delivery.
If there is a mistake in the shipping address or recipient details, and a re-delivery is needed, extra charges will be collected from the customer.
In case of delays due to out-of-stock items or unusual order fulfillment issues, we will inform you via email or phone.

Every item is carefully inspected and packed by our dedicated Quality Checking & Packing Team to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
