Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy

We keep things simple, transparent, and hassle-free

 Return Policy

  • Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags intact
  • Only one
    return/exchange per order     is allowed

 Returns are not accepted
for:

  • Gift cards / store credit purchases (EXCHANGES ALLOWED)
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Mystery products
  • International orders

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery
  • Once we receive your item and it passes quality check,
    your exchange will be dispatched
  • Exchange product will get delivered within 7-10 days after
    pickup

If your desired size/product is unavailable, we’ll suggest the best
alternatives

Refund Policy (Store Credit Only)

  • We do not offer monetary refunds
  • Instead, you’ll receive store credit for future shopping
  • Store credit is issued after WE RECEIVE THE PRODUCT AND quality
    check within 3–5 working days

 Store Credit:

  • Works like a payment method at checkout
  • Shared via email/SMS or added to your account
  • Non-transferable &
    cannot be converted to cash
  • No expiry

Return & Pickup Process

  • Raise a request via the ‘Return & Exchange’ link on the website
  • Once approved:
  • Pickup is arranged within 2–3 days (subject to
    availability)
  • If unavailable, you’ll need to self-ship the item

For self-shipping:

  • Dispatch within 7 days
  • Mention Order ID & Return ID inside the
    package

Quality Assurance

We maintain strict quality checks, but if you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • A wrong order

We’ll replace it at no extra cost
(within 7 days)

Additional Notes

  • Return & exchange are completely free
  • If an order cannot be fulfilled → prepaid order-original
    method, COD-store credit
  • Orders undelivered due to repeated unavailability may not be
    eligible for return
